JR Sportbrief Sports Media Camp is seeking passionate, energetic, and dependable instructors to help create an engaging hands-on learning experience for students ages 8–14. We are looking for individuals who love sports, understand digital media culture, enjoy working with students, and are excited about helping young creators build confidence and real-world skills.

Camp Instructors will help guide students through hands-on activities involving broadcasting, podcasting, interviewing, content creation, video production, and digital storytelling. Instructors will support daily camp operations while helping create a positive, collaborative, and engaging classroom environment.

• Assisting students with media projects and activities
• Supporting podcasting, filming, and content creation sessions
• Encouraging creativity, teamwork, and participation
• Helping supervise students throughout camp activities
• Assisting with basic media equipment setup and operation
• Maintaining a safe, positive, and organized learning environment
• Supporting guest speakers, workshops, and special activities

• Are passionate about sports and media culture
• Have experience working with children or classroom groups
• Are comfortable with modern technology and digital platforms
• Communicate well with students and families
• Bring positive energy, patience, and professionalism
• Work well in collaborative team environments
• Have experience in education, athletics, broadcasting, media, journalism, content creation, or youth programming (preferred but not required)

Seasonal • Part-Time • Independent Contractor (1099)

$20–$25 per hour, based on experience.
